1 Introduction & Applicability

bs333 may request documents for identity verification at any time. The right to suspend or close an account is reserved in cases of false information or failure to verify.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

The security of your account is entirely your responsibility. If you notice unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify the support team immediately. bs333 does not share account information with third parties without authorization.

3.2 Account Suspension

bs333 may temporarily or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms.
• If evidence of fraud, deceptive activity, or bonus abuse is found.
• If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.
• Providing a false identity or information.
• Attempting to manipulate the platform's software or systems.

4 Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposit

Accepted methods for depositing funds at bs333 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100. Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. The withdrawal process is generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, this time may increase in cases of identity verification or security review.

The following conditions must be met before requesting a withdrawal:

• Account verification (KYC) must be complete.
• The wagering requirement of any active bonus must be fulfilled.
• It is preferable that the deposit method and withdrawal method remain the same.

4.3 Currency

bs333 processes transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Currency conversion or deposits and withdrawals through third parties are not permitted.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 200% bonus up to ৳10,000 on their first deposit. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000; depositing ৳12,000 means the maximum ৳10,000 bonus applies, giving a total balance of ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

Bonus funds must be wagered 15 times before withdrawal. This requirement is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not the deposited amount. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonuses are intended solely for honest personal entertainment. The following activities will be considered bonus abuse and may result in account cancellation:

• Systematically placing bets on opposite sides of the same game or bet.
• Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Attempting to fulfill bonus requirements through coordinated groups.

bs333 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel bonus offers at any time.

6 VIP Program

bs333's VIP program has five tiers. Each tier is determined based on the user's participation and activity on the platform:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.6%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 0.9%.
• Platinum: Weekly cashback of up to 1.2%.
• Diamond: Weekly cashback of up to 1.5%.

Decisions on VIP tier changes are at the sole discretion of bs333. The terms of cashback benefits are subject to change.

7 Gaming & Betting Rules

7.1 Gaming Policy

All games offered on bs333 are operated by third-party software providers (such as Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, and others). Game results are determined by an automated RNG (Random Number Generator) system — the platform has no involvement in this. If a game result is voided due to a technical error, the bet amount will be refunded.

7.2 Sports Betting

The markets and odds displayed in the sports betting section are subject to change. If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the bet amount will be refunded. Betting market rules apply separately for each sport.

7.3 Prohibited Activities
